Midland Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Specialist for our client in West Bromwich. Our client is one of the largest data insights and research companies in the World, working with our Clients to make sense of data, and turn strategy into action. This role sits within their Service Measurement division and is a key to our Panel Management Team. The main purpose of this role is to specialise in, and lead the delivery of Panel Recruitment, whilst managing performance in the specified region(s). We have agreed set coverage targets with our Client for specific Post Code Areas and are required to recruit and maintain panellist penetration in these areas. You will be responsible for continuing Client delight, through ensuring that these targets are achieved and exceeded, putting the Panel at the heart of everything you do. The role requires effective relationship management, delivery of growth, leadership and innovation, ensuring the agreed standards of performance are exceeded, whilst meeting a range of Client and internal KPIs. Scope of the Role/Outcomes: * Delivery of Panel Recruitment, exceeding contractual volume overage targets * Be responsible for the delivery and accuracy of a range of manual data validation and query resolution(s). * Calling telemarketing leads to recruit new panellists. * Using the tools available to ensure that the correct areas are being focused on for all processes * Day-to-day management of a Recruitment Specialist * Provide excellent leadership to help the Recruitment Specialist perform to their best by motivating and developing them to achieve high performance. You will also support the Learning and Development strategy by ensuring training needs are identified and followed through in line with business objectives. * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Survey Managers to address survey requirements in an effective and timely manner. * Working closely with the Data and Insights Analyst – Front Office, to understand areas of focus and potential challenges, turning the insight from the data into clear recruitment action. * Working closely with the Team Manager providing updates on the action plan(s) and performance * Contribute towards the development and delivery of strategic Recruitment & Panel Development plans. Skills/Abilities Experience: * Proven experience of Business Development, Target Delivery & Process Management * Experience of developing and maintaining successful relationships, particular in a B2B environment * Strong coaching and mentoring skills and an ability to deliver training across the relevant team function/role * A highly motivated individual who can lead by example and able to work on their own initiative * The ability to work effectively with conflicting priorities. * Ability to maintain collaborative relationships. * Strong communication skills. * Technically proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. * Confidence to Partner with remote client contacts to resolve difficult or conflicting requirements
