Senior Consultant/ Principal Consultant – Digital Recruitment London – Southbank Competitive Salary/ benefits and market leading commission OTE - uncapped/ 100k+ The role Working with an experienced team, we offer a performance based culture where we give you the tools to do the job and not the rules. You will be working in a busy sales team within a target driven and adult environment with the task of building a specialist digital desk, networking and establishing good quality relationships with key stakeholders in the digital marketplace. Ideal Background · At least 1 years sales and/or digital industry experience · A previous background in building a freelance recruitment desk would be ideal. · Will consider someone with a strong network of digital contacts – CMO's, Heads of Digital etc.. · Strong interest in the digital marketplace · Will consider experienced consultants with industry related experience.
