Senior/Recruitment Consultant (Construction) Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 + Commission + benefits My client is an award-winning company with lots of ambition keen to find someone who is looking to grow and develop with them. They are currently looking to appoint a Senior or Recruitment Consultant to work within their highly successful Construction Division. The role is working on both permanent and contract vacancies for both production and commercial site-based staff for main-contractors, sub-contractors and fit-out companies. Working with an established team, with warm clients and an existing database of candidates. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience ideally working within the Construction industry. A Sales biased individual who can demonstrate success in the Recruitment industry, a good level of intellect with a mind-set of being a high achiever. You must be highly driven, motivated and professional. Working in a relaxed but professional atmosphere My client is looking for the right person who can fit in with the team while also driving to become a top performing Consultant. With the opportunity to develop into a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant status within 12-18 months, this position would suit someone with drive, ambition and the confidence to succeed in a target driven environment. The Role And Responsibilities Will Include The Following * Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles * Searching the database and exploring employment opportunities with candidates * Searching job boards and writing ads for each role you are recruiting for Conducting face to face candidate interviews * Taking candidate references * Business development * Attending Client meetings and networking events * Establishing contacts to help build the client database * General day-to-day administration tasks.
