Headquartered in Strixton, Northamptonshire (Junc. 15, M1) with just under 30 staff we are large enough to provide the support you need, but small enough that your achievements will be recognised and rewarded.  Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire (Covering a territory of Northants, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire & Beds) Job Title: SME Business Development Manager  Salary: £18-20k Basic, £28K OTE (Yr1), £35-40K OTE (Yr2) Benefits: Phone, Pension, Childcare Vouchers, Bike2Work scheme, Perkbox Employee Discount Scheme (gym, cinema, etc) THE ROLE:    Our business development strategy is focused on delivering a great experience to our potential customers before we attempt to sell to them.   The EasyWeb marketing team are constantly arranging webinars, workshops and networking events (2-3 per week). We also operate a consistent content marketing strategy that sees us publishing content to the internet and social media. These strategies enable us to produce lots of high quality leads every week from HR professionals / In-house recruiters who already know and like EasyWeb.   This role focuses solely on developing business within this community of delegates and people known to the company. You will be developing relationships with SME clients (200 staff and below), advising them of upcoming free training events and speaking to them about their recruitment needs.   This role would suit a proactive individual who enjoys talking and developing rapport with new people.     THE OPPORTUNITY:   Our aim is to be a recruitment partner to our clients rather than just another supplier. To this mind we offer a full range of services from training (free), recruitment advertising, recruitment agency and software.   You will look to manage each prospect through the sales cycle and see them successfully setup with a dedicated internal account manager. You would then move on to work on bringing through more new clients.   YOU:    You will need to be confident, intelligent, highly motivated and able to build rapport with people both over the telephone and face to face.   Previous experience in a B2B sales role is an advantage but is not essential.   You may have had experience in one of the following roles: Online Recruitment Software Sales, Business Development, Recruitment Sales, Recruitment Account Manager, Field Sales, Telemarketing Executive, Recruitment Consultant, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Online Recruitment Account Executive, Job Board Sales, Internal Account Manager, Telesales, Online Advertising Sales Consultant, etc   This vacancy is being advertised by EasyWeb Recruitment, the UK`s leading Online Recruitment Agency.
