Social Care Recruitment and Training Co-ordinator Amersham £26,000 Our Client is a Live in Care company based in Amersham that provide high quality Live in Care to our client in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. They are looking for a Recruitment Training co-ordinator to join their friendly team. Job Brief They are looking for an experienced training and recruitment manager to devise their organisational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will manage the recruitment to ensure they hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build knowledge, confidence and loyalty. Responsibilities * Update current and design new recruiting procedures, looking for opportunities to consistently improve the service (e.g. job application and onboarding processes) * Support the carer pathway from application, training to joining the team * Research and choose job advertising options and best return on investment on recruitment options * Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hireand cost-per-hire) * Identifying and assessing future and current training needs while constantly ensuring we meet and exceed the CQC regulation guidelines * Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan * Deploying a wide variety of training methods * Manage effective induction training along with ongoing training and development plans * Source extra training to ensure we have the most knowledgeable and confident team possible * Utilise online training to work in alignment with legal refresher training trackers * Support the DBS checks of new recruits to ensure a safe service This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new rapidly growing business, supporting our high standards through training and recruitment.
