Job Brief Based on a Temp Desk, you will be supplying staff that are experienced, trained and skilled in caring for the elderly and supporting adults and children with complex needs and multiple disabilities. Perfect Links focuses on supplying staff into a range of different settings and organisations which include; Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Day Centre’s, Specialist Schools and Colleges, Private Care Providers, Supported Living Settings, Hospitals, and Charities. It is important that you have proven skills in placing candidates into positions and finding the top candidates for clients. Working with both your clients and candidates best interest in mind, you will find your candidates the ideal role for them and find your client the perfect candidate Responsibilities • Build and manage temp/contract consulting desk and ultimately build your own business unit within the Recruitment Division • Have an active Client facing role, whilst managing specific Key Accounts • Based in our new office, you’ll work as part of our recruitment team selecting and placing care workers to support adults and children with complex needs and multiple disabilities. • The role is busy and so an ability to continuously prioritise and work well under pressure is vital! • Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets • Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness Requirements • Knowledge of Compliance within the Health and Social Care sector is essential • Strong communication skills both verbal and written as well as attention to detail. • The ability to work well under pressure. • Proven track record of successfully meeting targets preferably over the phone • Take instructions well and demonstrate the ability to multi-task in our fast-paced office. • Demonstrate the ability to work well within a tight knit team but also can work well independently. • A friendly and approachable manner as you will be liaising with multiples of candidates/clients daily • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft, Recruiter tools, Wed based applications) and telephone systems • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future bookings Salary: £17,000 basic Commission: Realistic (and previously achieved) On Target Earnings - £21,000-£25,000
