The role would be based in our Leicester City office and would cover the Northampton and West Midlands area. The duties and responsibilities of the successful Temp Social Care Recruitment Consultant: · Identify and develop new business relationships. · Generate your own leads through market research and cold calling. · Source and attract passive/active candidates for temp-perm roles. · Manage the 360 recruitment process. · Multi-task whilst maintaining a keen attention to detail.
