Based at newly refurbished offices in an idyllic location in Windsor & Eton, we are now looking for a highly talented individual to work in a dual capacity of Social Media Executive and Recruitment Administrator. Social Media responsibilities Assist with building Chemistry’s online presence, building new company pages across Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook. Releasing new and exciting content and information on a daily basis across various social media channels Increase Chemistry's Follower base Create email marketing to be sent to candidate networks Ensure company website is kept up to date with all relevant content and improved where necessary Demonstrate an understanding of Digital Media. Recruitment Administrator responsibilities: Managing payroll of Chemistry’s contractor base, ensuring timesheet and invoices are received on time, helping out with contractor queries Managing all contract paperwork and documentation for new and existing placements Providing financial reports when required. Regularly updating candidate information via our CRM This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced, fun and social environment. it’s a busy role which will requite someone who can confidently manage all elements of Social Media, whilst simultaneously performing back office Admin duties. The ideal candidate will have experience of Social Media with some examples of Blogging, Copywriting , Community management etc and will have some understanding of the Digital space we work in. you’ll need to be highly organised and confident – we’re looking for someone who can bring new ideas to the table and play an active role
