Social Media Intern for London Recruitment Company – Home-based internship/work placement (3-6 months) Unpaid Internship for 3-6 months The Company: We are a small start-up recruitment agency specialising in placing graduates, college-leavers and second-jobbers into professional recruitment and B2B sales roles across the UK. We recruit across various industry sectors including Finance, IT, Oil and Gas, Energy, Construction, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Property, Media, Marketing and Digital. The Role: • Creating compelling content for our social platforms • Managing brand positioning across all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn • Putting together a social media schedule (combining all individual social media plans) • Evaluating over time and proposing other ideas to help boost our reputation and branding • Posting various statuses, job adverts, relevant news stories, videos, articles and photos in order to attract talent (specifically Graduates/Trainees/Undergrads/Post-grads/Second-Jobbers) • Monitoring and analysing performance of each campaign to measure impact • Monitoring trends in social media channel, tools and metrics • Working closely with the Directors to ensure messaging is consistent with the overall brand Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written English skills (must be fluent in English) • A Levels: BBC Minimum • Undergraduate studying marketing, communication or something relevant to social media • Working remotely/from home • Previous experience of using Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram for professional purposes • Good knowledge of social media platforms • Marketing/communications background or experience • Minimum 1 hour per day (Mon-Fri) • Must already have a reliable laptop/computer Interview Process: • Initial telephone Interview • Telephone interview with the Director • Skype call with both Directors ***We will provide an excellent and detailed reference, which will look great on your CV
