Social Worker - Fostering - Flexible Working - FF & Recruitment A South East Authority is looking for a Fostering Social Worker for their Fostering Recruitment & Assessment team. The area you cover is very small, and almost all of the cases are very local which means you will not need to be travelling out. You also have the option of flexible working, which also includes some working from home. The teams are quite stable with mostly permanent and long term locum staff. I have contractors in different services of the authority that have been there for a long time due to the supportive working environment which comes with the post, you can also be in a long term locum position here. The family feel and the various regular group activities are a great way for them to keep morale, and retention, high. This is a Fostering based team, so you will need to be able to discuss your experience working with Fostering cases in an interview. You will also need an HCPC registration and demonstrate good writing skills.
