We are looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to join our growing Permanent Software & Web Development team in the heart of Manchester City Centre.
You will need a minimum of 12 months experience in Technology Recruitment and we are happy to consider applications from Junior Recruiters to Senior Recruiters who are ready to build a team around themselves.
Ideally you will have experience recruiting for Software/Web Developers, but for a candidate with the right attributes and track record from any other discipline within Technology recruitment, Oscar will cross train you.
You will be responsible for developing Oscar Technology’s presence in the Permanent Java & Mobile Development markets for the entire South East of England, including London & the Home Counties.

Your responsibilities will include:
Developing existing accounts including major PSL’s and contracted agreements with blue chip and well-known brands from broadcasting, retail, finance and insurance – maximising Oscar’s presence and ensuring the highest level of delivery and client care.
Enhancing our portfolio in this space by selling solutions to new and prospective clients.
Extending our candidate reach within these markets, developing a friendly, helpful and consultative interface to technical professionals.
Above all, you will be providing a consultative service to all – living and breathing our values of Dedication, Ambition, Delivery and Integrity, in order to reach our goal of Recruiting Excellence.
