Senior Business Development Manager. Software Sales. Will suit Senior Recruitment Consultant. Cardiff, South Wales. To suit candidate from Cardiff, Newport, Swansea or Bristol £35,000 - £40,000 + Bens + Commission / Bonus - Great OTE Fast growing, dynamic business intelligence SaaS Software House requires budding sales leader from either a Software Sales, IT Sales, Recruitment or Marketing tech background to perform the following player/team lead type role, in which you will: Generate and follow up on leads and lead platform demos and sales meetings to grow their customer base. Further map out the recruitment market and upload contact information to CRM to build lead pipeline. Designing and Constructing sophisticated Email and LinkedIn Campaigns. Follow up on leads to prospects, introducing the solution and arranging meetings/demos with key decision makers. Attend face to face client meetings (video and in person post Covid) and running demos and guiding clients from prospect to sale. Managing a team (Team size will range depending on experience) including conducting training sessions to help develop sales skills & personal development skills for the team. Reporting/forecasting pipeline. You will need: Excellent communication skills with an ability to speak confidently and effectively at all levels, influencing the thinking of buyers. Ability to manage an active sales pipeline, managing internal and external relationships at differing stages of the sales process. Comfortable in managing multiple workloads and differing pace. IT skills - including Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Either recruitment or SaaS Software Sales experience - 3-5 years + Be competent in developing and managing teams to monthly targets. Degree level Preferred (or equivalent). The Person: Resilient, entrepreneurial, passionate, target-driven, consultative, highly organised, inquisitive, tech-savvy. Having highly developed influencing and relationship management skills, good commercial awareness, self-motivated and ambitious, results orientated, strong teamwork ethic.
