Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager Start date: 17th August 2020 Full Time| Permanent £32K-£35K (depending upon qualifications and experience) We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead on Student Recruitment and Marketing. This is a pivotal role in the management and development of Marketing and Recruitment across the College. Adept at Social Media you will need an eye for detail and ensure that at all times the quality of the services we provide to our customers is outstanding. The College attracts students from across London onto a wide variety of courses and it is your role to highlight the fantastic facilities at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic 6th Form College. The Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager will need to be visible, consultative and a great communicator and need to have a presence on the College site. You will need to be hands on and value driven with a sound knowledge of implementing innovative approaches to successful marketing and recruitment strategies which are relevant to our audience. You will be the lead for all aspects of marketing and student recruitment across the College's business and client groups, providing a high-quality service within a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for setting, agreeing monitoring and delivering on key performance indicators across the College, ensuring that targets are met. You will promote the College to employers, sector bodies, schools and the local community, building on and developing new partnerships.
