Are you an experience Student Recruitment / Sales Manager with experience in the Independent Education field? Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity to support the growth of one of London's most established Independent School providers? My client is a provider of independent education to children aged between two-and-a-half and eighteen years of age. The organisation is a collection of highly regarded independent schools and colleges across London & the UK. Central to the organisation's philosophy is the ability to create a world-class teaching and learning environment that strives to deliver the greatest quality of learning provision available. Each Head, or Principal, drives their institution to a common goal of education excellence. The company is divided into broadly two divisions, the "Schools" division (nurseries, primary schools and senior schools), and the "Colleges" division. This role is primarily a senior position within the sales team of the Colleges business, but exposure to the Pre-16 sector would also be advantageous. We require a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to grow the existing agency network. In particular, we are seeking an individual who will be responsible for developing relationships with agents and agencies based in the UK. Candidates will have developed relationships with Agents and Feeder Schools and will have extensive experience in the Independent Education Sector. The Sales Manager (UK Based Agents) will report into the regional sales Director for the region - who has sales responsibility for the UK, Europe and Russia. Key Responsibilities * Developing a sales strategy for agents based in the UK, working closely with the Regional Sales Director * Establishing strong relationships with these agencies and other relevant external stakeholders (eg feeder schools), including but not limited to agent visits, agent training, student interviews, marketing activities * Taking measures to ensure student conversion rates are as high as possible, this will require 1-on-1 interaction with students and parents to assist them through the application process * Being an active influencer, continually feeding back to the colleges (and schools) ways to improve our educational product * To work collaboratively with internal staff - this includes in-college staff and Principals, other members of the sales team, and senior stakeholders at Head Office * Ongoing (e.g. monthly) reporting of progress to wider sales team Location: Central London Salary: Basic salary in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 (negotiable depending on experience) Performance related bonus structure Candidates must have experience building relationships with UK based Agents and Feeder Schools within the Independent Education sector.
