Student Recruitment Officer SAE Glasgow 40 hours per week - Permanant £26,(Apply online only) per annum, plus performance related commisson scheme About the Company: SAE is a world leading global educator in creative media industries. We are seeking a self-motivated, successful, passionate individual to be responsible for growing the student intake at our Glasgow campus. You will have a passion for customer service and be motivated by a drive to exceed targets and seek opportunities to do so through building strong and lasting relationships with potential applicants. As an ambassador for SAE, you will manage and grow a sales pipeline, plan and organise lead generating events to attract prospective students, as well as researching the local market for demand in related products/services. Student Recruitment Officer Responsibilities: Recruiting students through well-organised and effective activities to exceed personal targets; Lead generation and nurturing; Plan, organise and drive outstanding enrolment activities and events; Provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable, honest guidance on SAE programmes; Liaise with admissions to ensure a smooth and accurate transition for induction; Raise the reputation of SAE locally and engage with the campuses and student Alumni to increase networking activities and contacts. Student Recruitment Officer Requirements: Minimum two years’ experience in a successful target-driven sales role, preferably in student recruitment Strong account management and used to working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce A passion for outstanding customer service People skills, especially with inspiring focus on results and being consistently motivated to achieve Experience with planning and organising recruitment and engagement events Excellent organisation, project management and presentation skills; A collaborative and flexible team player Must have rights to live and work in the UK Desirable: Previous experience in or understanding of the education sector A passion for creative media A sales or marketing qualification A full driving licence Student Recruitment Officer Benefits: The Navitas Group offers outstanding long-term career opportunities within the UK and abroad, and is values driven and an equal opportunity employer.
