Our Client is keen to bring large aspect of recruitment inhouse, developing 'direct to market channels and recruitment strategies across key areas of the the operation. Working for a large professional services business you will be responsible for mapping all aspects of the process. You will build strong and meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders across the operation situated across the UK. You will build a picture of their challenges, aspects of recruitment that are working and aspects that are not and require change. You will set up and manage the recruitment supply chain and also work along side EMBS, who are the recruitment master vendor, working in other parts of the operation. Your role will involve deliver graduate trainee recruitment in summer 2016, alongside business as usual recruitment for senior / niche roles. Design and develop the employer brand, website, technologies and all candidate attraction channels and techniques. You performance will be measured on the number of direct hires you are able to make and the potential cost savings! Our ideal candidate will have established an 'internal' recrutiment function for a large business and understand the recruitment landscape. This should include the latest social recruiting techniques, i.e. Linkedin, web and digital recruitment. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract with some home working. Salary level is 45k.
