Team Leader - Marketing Recruitment Norwich £30,000 - £35,000, plus Commission, Team Bonuses, free parking and benefits Cooper Lomaz are an extremely well established agency, delivering world-class specialist recruitment solutions to the East of England region. We have taken the decision to move our Marketing division to our Norwich office, and we are looking for an experienced Recruiter or Team Leader to drive this new function forward. Our Norwich office is based in the City Centre, and from here we specialise in IT, Finance and Insurance. Our marketing team will work very closely to our large IT Recruitment team, so you will work alongside some of our strongest Consultants and Managers. The Role Whilst we have an established client base to work with and build on, we don’t have the team of Consultants in place to support them fully. This is a great opportunity to build a team of your own people, whilst receiving the support of a fantastic senior management team, and a dedicated Learning and Development Manager. As you will be the person to spearhead this team, you can choose whether to remain in a hands-on recruitment role longer-term, or whether to move your career into a more hands-off, managerial role once the team is fully established and performing.
