Foster Care Associates (part of the Core Assets Group) are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join the Recruitment Hub team in Bromsgrove. Your role will be to support and manage a small team of fostering advisors. As well as first-class training and continuous support and supervision, we are offering you the chance to make a real difference to the lives of prospective foster carers…and essentially the children they will eventually look after. DUTIES OF THE ROLE:  Supporting and managing a small team of centre based fostering advisors  Provide operational support, guidance and supervision to the team  Producing reports to monitor team performance and productivity  Build rapport with customers and deliver excellent customer service at all times  Develop ideas to incentivise/motivate/drive the fostering advisors to achieve targets  Supervise, Coach, mentor and develop Fostering Advisors using best practice techniques and Core Assets policies.  Plan and deliver effective performance monitoring systems of the recruitment hub and take corrective action where required. You will be enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated, with excellent time management skills and a flexible approach. A high degree of flexibility in working arrangements is required for this role. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS  Experience of leading a team and supervising others  Proven track record of achieving targets  Experience of working in a sales/marketing/recruitment/influencing environment  Good written skills – evidence of detailed report writing  Excellent communications skills.  Practical ability of utilising IT and communication systems, including email and databases. This is a full time, permanent position, with a salary of up to £25,000 per annum + benefits.
