The Opportunity / Role – Technical Project Manager Supporting the Program Director, you will be responsible for working with recruitment businesses and helping them understand their current business / IT processes. The role will involve working with non-technical Directors and recruiters in recruitment business, therefore you will have the ability to explain and implement new processes in simple, layman terms. You will, • Analyse their current IT / ATS / CRM systems and put together a clearly defined strategy that will enable them to achieve their goals. • Be involved in the full project life-cycle from, analysis to mapping / planning through to implementation. • Be responsible for liaising with recruitment technology software providers, therefore it is crucial you have a sound knowledge of technology and CRM systems, ideally recruitment technology CRM/ ATS systems The Candidate The Ideal candidates will have • Project Management Qualification (Prince2 or equivalent) • Previous experience delivering multiple software implementation projects • Full lifecycle project management experience, with an excellent understanding of business analysis and implementing change • Experience with CRM, ideally recruitment CRM, ATS or ERP application implementation. • Experience working within the recruitment industry or associated sectors • Excellent communication and presentation skills • An engaging, positive, fun personality, that can communicate information in a simple, yet effective manor • The attitude of a self-starter and be able to manage your time and diary effectively • The flexibility to travel throughout the week, with 2-3 nights away from home The offer • Salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience) • Company Laptop • Company Smart phone • Company Incentives / Benefits • Fun working environment
