UKSE is a mechanical and electrical engineering project and contract management services business based in Hampshire, and we are looking for a talented Technical Recruitment & Labour Co-ordinator to join our expanding team. The company is committed to delivering engineering excellence and industry leading project management and requires a technical recruitment co-coordinator to work as part of a team, delivering a supply of excellent engineers to clients and the building division. This includes effective resourcing, co-ordination and management of contract mechanical and electrical engineers. Supporting the Head of Sales and Operations and the Project Manager, you will be managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring effective on boarding has taken place and continued support and management of holiday records, training records, skills matrix etc. If you have a knowledge of HR best practices, innovative ideas, with strong communication skills and are a confident technical co-coordinator or recruiter, we want to meet you. Required skills: 2 years plus full-cycle recruiting experience. Successful track record placing qualified Candidates in Engineering roles. Demonstrable success working in a fast-paced organization. Experience working equally well independently as well as part of a team. Experience working with different ATS. Self-driven. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in an ambiguous environment. Ability to flex with changing work requirements. Team orientation. Ability to work well with little direction. Curiosity about overall business
