Job Description

You will join a target driven, dynamic and motivated team, and will be responsible for developing the Technical Permanent or contracting desks. You will be tasked with increasing the client base and increase overall branch revenue. The budget for the coming year is designed to ensure that all motivated consultants will exceed their bonus earnings and expectations. SUMMARY OF DUTIES As a Technical recruitment consultant you will be targeting clients/candidates in the Infrastructure market. You will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle including sourcing and resourcing candidates, handling existing accounts as well as new business development liaising with key clients to drive sales forward. Your main focus will be to develop with the white collar side of the business on a warm desk dealing with perm and contract roles. In an autonomous environment you will be given the best tools to succeed and excellent remuneration for your hard work.
