Based in Rubery - Temporary to Permanent Opportunity** Are you looking for a new challenge within a fast paced recruitment environment!? We are currently recruiting for customer service driven individuals to join our clients expanding internal recruitment team. As a Telephone Consultant, you will be working within an upbeat, busy office environment filling bookings, handling inbound and outbound calls, dealing with complaints and queries, liaising with our agency suppliers and managing a pool of your own available staff. The key attributes required for this role include an excellent and confident telephone manner, experience within an administrative background, use of Microsoft programmes Word and Excel, the ability to work to tight deadlines with strong organisational skills and a flexible approach to the role. The ideal applicant will be a strong communicator who will be assertive yet professional when liaising with clients, external suppliers and internal departments whilst also possessing the ability to plan and prioritise their workload efficiently. We are looking for an individual who is proactive and driven in their approach, understanding the importance of completing tasks quickly yet effectively Working hours are Monday - Friday on a four shift rota system totalling 40 hours per week between the hours of 6:30am and 6pm.
