Le Breton Services Ltd are currently recruiting for a full time Telesales Consultant to work on our Childcare recruitment division within our Birmingham office. Le Breton Services are market leaders in the childcare sector and due to business growth we are expanding our team and looking for a confident, organised person to join our friendly team based in Birmingham. Childcare recruitment experience is not essential within this role but knowledge of business to business sales and a target driven environment is a must. Responsibilities: Business Development • To book new client visits on a weekly basis. • Maximise on existing business. • Cold calling potential clients. • Developing dormant accounts. • Building relationships with clients and understanding their requirements • Booking staff with nurseries - communicate accordingly. • To report on current activity at designated times. • To develop business in line with given targets. • To conduct sales calls in line with given targets. • To report on current activity at designated times.
