Telesales/Recruitment Resourcer Manchester (M5 4TP) £18- 25k (dep on experience) + excellent commission + many benefits Company •Vital Human Resources has been around for 30 years, with 16 offices nationwide and leader in Rail Engineering Recruitment sector. Key Responsibilities •You will work alongside and as part of an experienced Recruitment team focused on growing this already successful team. •You will use job boards/databases and various methods of advertising (social media/job boards) to attract candidates. •The principal focus would be to source highly qualified technical and white collar roles across many disciplines to successfully place with our high profile clients. •Manage the selection process by carrying out detailed screening calls before presenting candidates to the Account Manager. •You will be responsible for developing a database of additional candidates and managing these effectively. Person •Ideally 6 months + recruitment experience •Hard Working •Motivated •Tenacious and confident, reliable and professional in your attitude and approach to work •Strong personality and excellent communication skills.
