Job Description

I am an Independent Tech Recruiter and as my operation expands, I now have the need to work with a Recruitment Resourcer on a part time basis. This would be a part time temporary position in the first instance, ideally working 4 hours per day between 9am – 1pm. That said, I am more than happy to work around your requirements be they child care, study or another job commitment. Duties would include but not be limited to: * Sourcing candidates through job boards * Creating candidate shortlists on LinkedIn * Sending out job specs and details to candidates * Advertising roles * Booking candidates in for interviews and the associated admin * Tracking candidate and job progression * Keeping candidates updated throughout the interview process It would be great if you have some experience of the recruitment or technology industry, but I am more than happy to train someone with great attention to detail and lots of drive! For the most part this Recruitment Resourcer role can be worked remotely, with 1-2 days per week in an office in central Worthing. Although this is currently a part time role, my business is growing quickly, so there is lots of potential for the position to build, with potential progression into a recruiter position should you have the desire.
