Seeking a Temporary Desk Recruitment Consultant - Soham This is an exciting position to join our growing team at Busy Bee Recruitment! Our team is both friendly but professional and due to the success of our thriving temporary desk we are now looking for a consultant to join our team to take over the management of the desk. Given how busy the desk is we are only looking for candidates who have specific experience in managing temporary workers and the flexibility needed to be successful in this role. Start: ASAP Location: Soham, Cambridgeshire Hours: 8.30am – 17.30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) Salary: £Negotiable! Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, flexible working hours, laptop provided after 3 months of employment and passing of probationary period, Gym Membership OR birthday day off, fresh fruit basket, £500 Annual bonus after completion of probationary period You will be responsible for bringing new business to the company alongside working towards financial targets. You will attend relevant courses and training to be the industry expert in your field. You will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by providing support across many functions. It will be expected that you will over time attend networking events and support the business in front of clients as and when requested. Duties will include: * Identify and secure job opportunities with both new and existing clients * Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements * Develop and manage client and candidate relationships * Identify, progress and convert sales leads as required * Manage and proactively develop client relationships * Establish and agree terms and conditions of service * Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements * Monitor responses/applications received * Make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently * Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against job vacancies * Manage the recruitment and selection processes * Ensure all necessary administration, payment and aftercare services are concluded in line with company policies * Comply with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures including accurate database management * Develop expertise of market rates and conditions within your sector in order to consult with candidates and clients * Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates and clients * Conducting regular service reviews with both clients and candidates to ensure continuous improvement * Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database * Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice * Comply with all relevant sector specific legislation * Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation, employee rights and responsibilities Skills and Experience Required: * Previous experience providing temporary staffing solutions is essential for this role * Self-motivated approach to work * Tenacious and resilient attitude * Ambitious, driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives * Problem solving, in influencing, questioning and listening skills * Innovative * Ability to work flexible hours as required with managing a temporary desk * Strong time management and organisation skills Education Requirements & Further Training: * Must be educated to a minimum level of GCSE’s in Maths & English or an equivalent qualification * CertRP certificate would be a distinct advantage If you have not received a response within 3-5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
