Temporary Internal Recruiter - Langley - circa £15.00 per hour - 3 Months Initially ** The temporary Internal Recruiter will be part of the HR team and will be supporting them during a period of growth. You will be searching for a wide variety of technical and non-technical people at all levels throughout the business and will be supporting this at the very start of the employee life-cycle by attracting engaged candidates. Key features include: - * Supporting line managers in attracting and recruiting highly talented people * Use contemporary talent attraction techniques to ensure line managers only see the best applicants. * Conducting all first line screening calls and advising on recruitment techniques for managers, particularly final stage panel interviews and work based exercises. The ideal candidate will have an applied understanding of contemporary talent attraction techniques, good knowledge of how employment law applies to recruiting, have a clear, concise communication style and be able to demonstrable ability to positively support line managers in the full recruitment life-cycle.
