Due to expansion Wolf Healthcare have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Full Time, Temporary Recruitment Consultant based in our Gloucester Office paying up to £25,000 + bonus dependant on experience. Flexible working Monday- Friday 40 hours per week plus oncall duties. You will be part of a hugely successful business specialising within temporary Health and Social Recruitment in the Gloucestershire area. Wolf Healthcare was established in 2018 and has gone from strength to strength within the recruitment market with a number of high profile, prestigious accounts. You will have the support of an incredibly experienced team, that will allow you to develop to your maximum potential. Roles and Responsibilities: * Managing a team of Care Assistants and Support Workers on a daily basis including * Taking bookings from your clients and filling with appropriately trained and experienced staff * Managing staff availability, working hours, annual leave, payroll, sick leave * Developing existing relationships with current customers and maximising on all business opportunities * Coordinating bookings including short notice and long term Person Specification * You must be a friendly, approachable and hard-working individual who enjoys working as part of a team but also ability to use own initiative * You must be able to think outside of the box and have strong problem-solving skills * Experience within the health and social care recruitment is essential * A full driving licence is advantageous due the location of some clients Benefits * Free parking * Competitive salary * Comprehensive training package * Working for a highly successful and reputable organisation * 22 annual leave days per year * Your own company laptop and telephone If this exciting opportunity is of interest to yourself please apply immediately or call Lisa on (phone number removed) immediately for a confidential discussion and immediate interview
