JOB ROLE: Recruitment Consultant *Must have previous experience* HOURS: 9am- 4pm/ 9am-6pm (Reduced hours in none term time) SALARY: £25K- £35K CULTURE: Education Recruitment LOCATION: West End BENEFITS: Attractive bonus scheme, Pension, Health Insurance, Child Care Vouchers START DATE: ASAP DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: * Maintain any existing business by visiting user schools and maintaining service levels by working to fill long-term, permanent and daily requirements * Develop and maintain new business in line with targets and KPIs * Achieve a margin and conversion rate in line with targets set by Manager, and update system following visits * Create a Sales Platform and update regularly in order to prioritise potential new clients * Speculatively market to schools in line with targets and using marketing in line with business profile * Work with team to fill daily and short-term bookings effectively * Manage new registrations effectively * Source candidates for long-term bookings using database and send CVs within 24 hours * Follow up CVs sent and arrange interviews and trial dates within 48 hours * Interview minimum agreed number candidates per week and keep accurate database records and maintain relationships with candidates and keep availability up to date * Maintain relationships with all active candidates and update passive candidates on a half termly basis * Ensure a consistent number of live job adverts on social media sites and the database for marketing purposes to attract candidates * Report weekly to Manager on activity against Sales Platform and call/visit targets and days against target * Work within company policy 'clearance procedures' and help to maintain and build the professional reputation of the Company * Attend relevant training and meetings and candidate events as appropriate that will support the needs of the business SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: * MUST HAVE previous experience of running a temps desk * Self motivated and enthusiastic * MS Office proficient * Ability to consistently reach KPI's/targets * Ability to organise and prioritise work * Have the ability to communicate at all levels * Ability to understand and utilise a marketing strategy to achieve results If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line.
