Following an exceptionally successful 2018, we are looking to expand the team in our Midlands/Thames Valley. We operate a relaxed culture and wish to add new recruits with a good sense of humour and solid work ethic to our tight knit group. Your Role: Whilst working alongside an experienced team, you will be responsible for introducing, growing, and maintaining business within the nationwide Blue-Collar market. You will have experience and the ability to manage the full 360 recruitment process with an enthusiasm for excellence that is contagious. You will be responsible for developing new business, hand-picking the right candidates and building relationships with both clients and operatives. Trade Alliance Recruitment is also on many PSL’s and Approved Supplier of blue-chip companies which you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships. What we are looking for: * You will have at least a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience. All sectors considered, however Trades and Labour construction is preferred, with a network within the construction sector. * You will be hard working, driven and money motivated. You will have excellent relationship building skills. * You must be service orientated, procedure driven and hardworking. You will have recruitment in your blood. * You must be a target driven professional with hunger to succeed in a competitive market.
