Fulcrum Engineering & Technical Ltd - We are a busy Engineering and Technical Recruitment Agency based in the heart of East Anglia and are currently have a vacancies for :- Apprentice Administrator, Apprentice Resourcer/Administrator, Apprentice & Trainee Sales/Recruitment Consultant, Apprentice Administrators will work on all aspects of general & technical admin type work. Covering a wide range of admin work such as filing docu photo copying & scanning documents, checking application packs are complete with ID & Certificates etc required before they are distributed to the Recruitment Resourers & Consultants. Other work such as phoning applicants or workers to check on their details, documents, availability for work etc. Updating records & spread sheets and updating infomation and data entry onto the recruitment database. Applicants must be keen to learn, prepared to complete 1 - 2 years training, which will mean training in the office with other company staff to learn all aspects of the administration process covering recruitment. Also covering training with a specialist training company. Completing training modules as part of the course These roles of Apprentice or Trainee Recruitment Consultant & Resourcer, can often be fast paced and no two days are the same ! Day to day you will help manage our pool of Contract staff, calling candidates to help fill vacancies for our current clients and assisting with the relevant paperwork involved. Plus there will be other work covering Permanent Placements, which will involve screening & searching CVs, arranging interviews and completing records etc. After training the role will also involve some cold calling to companies to find out their recruitment needs. You will place adverts on job boards and search company databases. Qualities, Skills, Experience Required: - Commercial work experience, Confident speaking to people on the phone Competitiveness, Resilience Ambition, Ability to work to and exceed targets Computer literate, Good Exel, Word, Email skills Ideally with a driving licence Ideally living within 5 to 20 miles of our offices. The rewards working in recruitment can be exceptional, however you must be prepared to work hard and be flexible in your approach. Apprentice Sales/Recruitment Consultant or Apprentice Administrator/Resourcer – Apprentice Salaries to be confirmed. From £125 + per week depending on experience/quals etc. Starting salaries for apprentices will be set for 6 months to start and then increase by £50 per week after completing a full 6 months service. Pay will also be reviewed after completing a full 12 months service, where we hope that we could offer a similar pay increase to that of the above. (Plus depending on Team results, there may be a monthly bonus after completing 12 + months service. Trainee Consultant Salary to start = £16,000 + p.a, depending on experience/quals etc, with a commission structure. Plus the incentive of a higher basic salary and higher OTE after 1 years service.
