We currently have opportunities at our expanding Chichester office for a Trainee Construction Recruitment Consultant ideally with a minimum of 1 years experience in Sales. We will also consider Recruitment Consultants who have experience in other sectors. A successful candidate for our Trainee Recruitment Consultant vacancy will be able to demonstrate: A solid and successful background in sales Proven sales and business development record Proven track record of securing key accounts and proven ability to account manage Ability to liaise with all types of clients at all levels within a business Good team player who is driven to succeed. A demonstrational hard working mentalityEssential Duties and Responsibilities Liaising directly with decision makes within the construction & Scaffolding companies, to understand their recruitment needs/vacancies for live and future projects Negotiating fees with clients as well as negotiating job offers with candidates Sourcing candidates through existing database, advertising, Internet, business contacts and direct recruiting Telephone Interviewing candidates to evaluate their skills and to understand their job preferences Updating and maintaining our labour/trades database Build long term relationships with clients.The Package The bonus scheme offered by Optima is market-leading and uncapped. As examples, we would expect a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who is able to produce GP of £120,000 in a year to receive a salary+bonus of around £35,000, a consultant producing £200,000 GP would receive a salary+bonus of around £55,000, and a consultant producing £300,000 of GP would receive a salary+bonus of £85,000 Competitive basic salary.
