Harrison bridge was established to meet the demand for senior and niche talent in energy and utilities. Due to growth, we are seeking an Executive Researcher to work closely with the Managing Director. Reason for the role The delivery of our recruitment services can involve up to 300 hours per role and are typically delivered over a 4 – 6-week period before we shortlist candidates to our clients. We have an excellent track record of filling our roles first time with our clients and we are keen to maintain our strong delivery performance. We now seek a part-time or full-time executive researcher, reporting to the Managing Director to play a critical role in delivering exceptional candidates to our clients. As the first employee in Harrison Bridge, you will have direct training from the Managing Director to develop headhunting skills and you will be given further responsibility and progression subject to your development. As an executive researcher, you will be expected to manage multiple recruitment assignments at different stages of the recruitment cycle. This is predominantly involves identifying and calling executives by phone. This will entail: Researching and identifying target companies using a variety of research methods for retained search assignments Identifying and engaging with senior executives both by telephone and with experience, face to face meetings Proactively looking for ways to build your market knowledge Playing a key role in enabling the business to provide a timely, professional and valued service to our clients Providing support on assignments through the creation of market reports, progress reports and market intelligence Supporting the Managing Director with pitch preparation in the form of business intelligence Attending marketing and business development events with UK senior business leaders Producing high quality, insightful and robust written work Establishing and maintain excellent relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues Taking part in companywide projects A willingness to promote the company via social media Credentials we are looking for Possess telesales experience IT Literate and adept with the use of technology (such as database management, Linkedin) Organised and able to manage your own admin Ability to work at pace and under pressure Articulate Ability to influence Tenacious Results orientated Resilient Adaptable Able to work autonomously Strong aptitude for learning and improvement Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Relationship building skills Willingness to learn social media and performing marketing activities Analytical and a critical thinker
