We will enrol you into the Interaction Training Academy and give you one to one coaching, classroom based learning and ongoing mentorship. We have one of the best training teams in the recruitment industry. During your first 6 months you will be trained in every aspect of the recruitment role. At Interaction you will be working alongside some of the most talented successful recruiters in the UK recruitment industry. What Are We Looking For Ambitious and driven people wanting to earn very good money High-Achievers already working in a sales or service-orientated business who have a desire to work in a more entreprenurial environment. You must posses at least 2 years plus of good work experience at a good company Please note that all applicants must hold a full UK Drivining Licence What is the role This is a sales role where you will be responsible on a daily basis for indentifying and winning new business. Although predominantly sales, recruitment is a very satisfying and rewarding career where you are helping people to find jobs and businesses to find staff. At Interaction your earnings are unlimited and in your first year you should expect to earn £35k - £40k. Once successful, your earnings potential is superb with our high- achievers earning £50k + per annum and many earning £75k +.
