Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant  Altrincham,  £18k  Plus Uncapped Commission (up to 40%)  Akton recruitment is a well-established multi-sector specialist. We are looking for a confident and enterprising IT Recruitment Consultant to join our lively team. At least one years 360 recruiting experience is preffered. This is an exciting opportunity for a consultant with the right attitude to come in and make alot of money in a good enviornment with an unmatched commission structure.  Our consultants boast diverse backgrounds, including:  Project Managers, designers, engineers, recruitment, sales and graduates. Successful applicants will have a strong will to succeed with experience in one of the following;  Ideal candidate An experienced billing IT Recruitment Consultant, although Recruitment Consultants from other industries are welcome to apply Knowledge of the IT sector is required  European IT knowledge will be considered as a gold standard candidate Ambitious, self-motivated and driven to surpass targets A People person with a strong sales ability and high customer serviceWe are based just outside the bustling centre of Altrincham and enjoy excellent public transport links. THE ROLE You will be responsible for sourcing new candidates and new roles. You must be a driven self-starter as this is the tough part of the job. There is no getting away from it; recruitment is a target-orientated industry, and you will be expected to generate revenue to an agreed monthly target. As your skills and confidence grow, you will be given the freedom to influence and own your recruitment processes from end-to-end.
