Our Company: Reperio Human Capital have been operating for just over 8 years as a specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy with focus on the Republic of Ireland market. Having grown to a team of 32 staff in our busy Belfast City Centre office, we are eager to continue growing and developing further into 2019/2020. We have went international! At the beginning of August, we have opened another office in North Carolina, USA. In this premises, we will continue to focus on the IT sector and have plenty of exciting opportunities ahead for our employees. What should you expect to be doing in the role? You will be assigned a niche, IT Recruitment Market which is your business, so you will have the responsibility to build your network of candidates and your portfolio of clients Making time to reach out to new businesses and existing clients to build these relationships and maintain existing ones Use your social media to connect with candidates and build your network Post out job advertisements to source new talent and headhunting Phone interaction with candidates and clients and overseeing the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle Negotiations with both the candidate and the client and providing feedback throughout the process What the successful candidate will possess: Pro-active mindset and strong work ethic Confidence to speak over the phone to candidates and clients A high level of resilience and motivation Experience within a sales driven/target driven environment (Ideally 6+ months) Third level degree in any subject or alternatively strong GCSE/A level grades Excellent communication and organizational skills Good relationship building internally and externally What incentives are on offer within Reperio? Basic salary of £18,000 with amazing earning potential with up to 35% commission - completely uncapped from day 1!
