GRADUATE TRAINEE LEGAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT CENTRAL LONDON NEAR ST PAULS £23,000 to £25,000 BASIC SALARY ***£40,000+ OTE + EXCELLENT BENEFITS*** BENEFITS: FULL TRAINING, GREAT COMMISSION STRUCTURE THE COMPANY: We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful boutique legal recruitment firm specializing in retained partner search and contingent searches. This is an extremely rare opportunity for a driven and ambitious Legal/Law Graduate with no previous recruitment experience needed. You will receive full training, one to one with the director and founder of the company, an ex-solicitor with 15 years' experience working with a Magic Circle law firm. RESPONSIBILTIES: Liaising with clients on the phone in a consultative approach to establish their needs and build a relationship Sourcing candidates in line with your clients' needs Managing every aspect of the end to end recruitment process in a 360 consultants role Generating new business on the telephone and setting up and attending client meetings. Keeping an active commercial awareness of the legal sector Conducting interviews with candidates on the telephone and face to faceTHE CANDIDATE: A minimum of a 2:1 in Law or GDL An outgoing and positive attitude, with a desire to progress within a forward thinking and fast paced organisation Ambitious, money motivated and hungry to succeed Ability to work proactively and consultatively to deliver first class services.
