The Company A fantastic vacancy has arisen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a small, expanding and friendly recruitment agency, situated in a superb North Somerset / South Bristol location. Modern newly established Legal recruitment firm working to fill positions within the legal sector. The company was founded in 2009 by a small team of very experienced consultants with in-depth knowledge of the legal sector. This means that for individuals coming on board at this stage, there are great opportunities for the future as the firm expands. Skills and Experience Required · Degree educated or degree calibre · An understanding of and interest in the legal market and legal terminology · A team player who is able to work collaboratively with others · Strong verbal and written communication · Professional attitude and articulate · Confident in IT skills · Strong relationship builder · Ability to produce clear, and professional documents Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but this is not essential. The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant working for this forward thinking and dynamic recruitment firm. You will initially be responsible for effectively assisting a small team of consultant, while developing the necessary skills to move towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant. With full one-to-one training, you will be expected to assist the consultants to build up the company profile. As this is a key role for the company, professionalism is essential. We pride ourselves on building long-term business relationships with our clients and candidates. We have more of a consultative approach to our business rather than the typical sales cultures out there and therefore only those candidates with exceptional communication skills and hunger to succeed will be considered for this opportunity. You will be responsible for:- · Searches to identify suitable candidates for clients roles · Liaising with the relevant contacts within client companies · Creating professional client research projects · Database management · Telephone qualification and registration of potential candidates · Selling new opportunities to candidates · Dealing with availability for existing candidates at interview · Creating Accurate Advertising campaigns · Proactively get involved in continuing business development.
