Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant, to join this small and friendly specialist up market Legal Recruitment Agency in a great location in Queen Square, Bristol dealing with high level Solicitor and Partner placements nationally. The role would ideally suit applicants with a law Degree or approaching this standard. You should also have an extremely outgoing personality. You will need to have the ability and confidence to form warm and professional relationships with Clients of important law firms up to Partner level. You should be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with others, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You should be competent with Word, Excel and Case Management usage. Key information about the Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant role: On our part, we will offer the opportunity to learn the skills which can enable you to earn an excellent salary, with uncapped commission. You will be attached to a senior Consultant and initially act in a supporting role. During the majority of your training period, you will be instructed on a one to one basis and mentored by the Consultant, with a view to developing your role into that of a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant. You will need to provide admin support for the Consultant and carry out Database work. You will deal with telephone calls and speak to Clients and Candidates with such matters as initial registration and general queries, prior to progressing to more senior work. This is a small but established, specialist legal recruitment agency, which is extremely successful in its field, located in a great location in central Bristol.
