We are looking for a hardworking individual looking to start their career as a trainee recruiter. We are a recruitment agency focussed on supplying temporary and permanent staff to companies across the UK. As a trainee you will be mentored by our business manager on how to do the whole aspect of recruiting from finding candidates for live positions to going out and finding new business from our many avenues. You will also be trained in a variety of sales techniques in order to maximise your portfolio. You must be comfortable making cold calls and you must be able to communicate clearly to strangers. If you are money motivated and have a willingness to learn then this is the job for you! We offer a training package of 16k - 18k per annum without commission. Once you have progressed through the programme you will then have the opportunity to earn commission (usually 3 months but can be sooner). First year OTE 40k - 50k per annum. We are based in the Bolton in a serviced office block. Working hours: Monday - Thursday // 9am - 5pm Friday 9am - 4pm Dress code is casual as we believe you do your best work when you are comfortable.
