TRAINEE RECRUITER Working for a well established and quickly growing Recruitment Company in Denbigh. We are a client focused company with 15 years experience recruiting for the HVAC / Building Services Maintenance Industry. The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is a fast paced, challenging one. You will be responsible for: -Sourcing candidates for senior recruiters through head-hunting, networking, advertising and use of the companies database. -Ensuring you meet KPI's and targets Candidates applying for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role must be able to display the following: -A degree or sales experience in a target driven environment -Be very money motivated and able to explain where your money motivations come from -Show when you have been resilient, hard-working and competitive. -Be aware of the highs and lows of recruitment consultancy -Be able to work at a fast pace -Have a great telephone manner -All Trainee Recruitment Consultants will receive full Recruitment Consultant training so no previous experience is required. I will consider candidates If you have worked within a fast paced environment with customer facing or telesales experience. Working Monday to Friday office based. Full time Permanent Bonus Commission
