Recruitment Adminisitrator Full Time Role, £16,500 + Monday to Friday 9 - 5:30 My client is based in the heart of Stoke on Trent, with easy access via public transport. Making this the perfect opportunity for someone taking the first steps into recruitment. We currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our HR department reporting to the HR & Recruitment Manager; this is a key role essential to the success of the business. The role * Responsibility for meeting recruitment targets for all vacancies throughout the business. * Sourcing candidate applications using various job boards, agencies and other methods as appropriate * Matching candidate skills to vacancies, which may involve liaising with the recruiting manager to develop a further understanding of the role and the skills required for the position * Telephone prescreening and interviewing * Attending interviews as note taker in a HR capacity * Conducting interviews * Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process * Composing job adverts * Supporting Assessment Days and candidate testing * Maintaining high levels of customer and client services * Updating client and candidate information on in-house database * Coordinating interviews with candidates * Providing feedback to candidates or liaising with agencies regarding feedback and job offers * Ensure all pre-employment checks have been carried out prior to candidates joining the business * Compliance with relevant legislation throughout the recruitment process * Gathering required information and documentation from new starters including obtaining references and ensure that personnel files are complete and up to date * Liaise with Finance to inform them of relevant changes regarding new starters * Ensuring that our HR recruitment processes are executed with 100% accuracy * Producing monthly reporting * Providing general administrative support to a busy area * Providing HR Admin cover where required The ideal candidate will * Educated to degree level or minimum of 2 years relevant experience * Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills combined with a strong work ethic * Excellent standard of written work * A capable, professional and driven individual with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude * A confident individual with the ability to communicate effectively with managers, senior managers and external third parties where required * A proven track record of high performance, both in quality and productivity * A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight targets in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment * A trustworthy individual able to maintain total confidentiality and discretion at all times in HR & recruitment related matters * Highly motivated, ambitious and driven by success * A team player with an efficient and proactive approach * Knowledge of employment law would be desirable but is not essential * Previous sales/negotiation/customer service experience would be desirable but not essential
