What are we looking for?
Due to exceptional growth, we are looking for determined, tenacious, self-motivated people to join the business as Trainee Recruitment Consultants to continue this expansion. You will join the industry acclaimed ‘Oyster Academy’, which involves an extensive and challenging three month training program with our top managers.
We are looking for people who have shown they can succeed in either a B2B or a challenging B2C sales role.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will learn, in detail, the full 360 degree recruitment process including; market trends, candidate acquisition, new business development, account management, headhunting and negotiation. The environment is competitive, fast-paced and ever-changing.
· £20,000 – 25,000 basic salary (plus regular salary reviews)
· Fully expensed smartphone
· Market-leading, uncapped, individual commission structure, paid monthly
· Monthly & Quarterly incentives such as; lunch clubs at top London restaurants, luxury car hire, additional bonuses and trips to locations such as Las Vegas, Ibiza, Barcelona.
