Job Description

We are looking for a trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our very successful team at Chiswick To start you will be supporting the Permanent Consultant through the sourcing of suitable candidates for client vacancies and developing a specialist knowledge of the recruitment industry. The role is eventually grow into a fully trained recruitment Consultant. Achieve weekly/monthly/annual targets in line with Performance and Promotion Criteria *Work closely with colleagues to achieve team targets/objectives Attributes *Resilience, self motivation and ability to work under pressure *Strong communication and relationship building skills *Client and candidate customer focused *Confident, able to use own initiative and manage own workload; Experience Typical experience could be: *Telephone based sales *Working in an environment that is fast paced and target driven *Working to deadlines that reach beyond core working hours *Customer service *To implement recruitment process life cycle for all client opportunities, including: -Database search -Resourcing of candidates -Publication of relevant advertising on internet job boards -Networking / referrals / lead generation -Qualification of candidates -Conducting Candidate Interviews (preferably competency based) -Submission of candidates to clients -Arranging interviews -Controlling candidates through the recruitment lifecycle *To format and write up job descriptions and job advertisements following a meeting with a client *To filter out unsuitable candidates through interviewing and screening in accordance with the client's requirements and agreed service levels *To manage advertising responses and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates *To work to project plans and deadlines *Where required, write up full interview notes to be presented to the client *To prioritise workload *To assist with the administration of campaign work *To be accountable for own and team compliance to all business standards in accordance with ISO9002 Skills: *People Skills *Effective Communication *Drive to Achieve *Planning & Organising *Customer Service *Self Development *Embracing Change We are a recruitment agency & an equal opportunity employer.
