TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS required x 6 Atlas rec2rec is looking to speak with people in and around the WALSALL, BIRMINGHAM and surrounding areas who would like to embark on a career in the recruitment industry. Our clients are well-established Recruitment business based in Walsall, Birmingham, Dudley, Wolverhampton area's, covering the Driving, Industrial, Technical and Commercial sections. Due to rapid growth and expansion we now have exciting new openings for talented individuals who want to start a progressive, successful career in Recruitment. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you, the successful candidate, will be hungry for success and eager to learn alongside our experienced team. Good communication skills is a definitive must as you will build your business through speaking with new and existing clients and our candidates. We would like you to be driven, with some experience in sales and/or building relationships with clients and customers alike. Our client will provide a comprehensive in-house training for trainee consultants led by recruitment experts, helping you come a fully fledged recruitment consultants. MAIN JOB DUTIES: -Business Development utilising an existing database to establish and build your own pool of clients. -Developing new leads from competitor analysis, websites, networking, referrals and face to face business meetings. -Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods including websites, referrals and networking etc -Writing job adverts Interviewing candidates -Negotiating business offers and selling the business services and their unique features Still here?
