As a Recruitment Consultant your role will involve speaking with candidates, conducting interviews, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, market mapping, meeting with clients and negotiating terms of business. You will be speaking with senior decision makers and will be responsible for building strong relationships whilst representing the organisation to an extremely high standard.
