Premier Group Recruitment are on the lookout for Specialist Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our enthusiastic and dynamic team based in Central Manchester. We have grown year on year and 2018 is set to be our biggest yet, so we need individuals like you to join. What do we need from you as a Specialist Trainee Recruitment Consultant? * Individuals who are used to being in a KPI and target driven environment who can work well under pressure. * Good written and verbal communication skills * Willingness to learn– we will give you all the training you need to become successful * Self-motivated people who can pick themselves back up after they’ve been given rejection. What will you be doing as a Specialist Trainee Recruitment Consultant * Working as a 360 Consultant providing a consultative approach to both candidates and clients * Arranging client and candidate meetings where possible * Making sales calls into companies and candidates within the local area * Resourcing for vacancies and placing individuals within companies What can Premier Group offer to our Specialist Trainee Recruitment Consultants? * 16 week in-house training programme given you all the tools you need to become successful * Career progression which is clearly marked out from day one * Uncapped commission with the ability to earn up to 40%.
