The company: * Launched in 2007 by Pete Hart and Del Simpson. * Specialists in Technology, Automation, Aviation and Life Sciences Recruitment. * Office locations in Reading, Berlin, Munich, Austin, Texas and Denver, Colorado. * Now with a team size of almost 200. * Investors in People Gold accredited. * Investors in People Health and Wellbeing award. * Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018) The role of a recruitment consultant: * Full cycle recruiter role from day one (with full training provided). * Building your database of candidates (jobseekers) and clients (companies) daily. * Lots of outbound targeted calls to clients to develop business. * Build rapport with clients and candidates to really understand needs. * Book and attend meetings with clients. * Handle every other element from taking job specifications, writing adverts and handling response, resourcing the best talent, securing strong fees, so we're not just working any job at any rate and closing the deal.
