Cityworx Limited is a hugely successful search and select consultancy dedicated to the care sector. We work with a large number of care providers whom we have forged relationships with over a number of years. Due to increased growth we are looking to recruit a trainee recruitment consultant to join our busy office based in central Harrow. Previous recruitment experience is not essential. This is a demanding role that requires an individual who is enthusiastic, persuasive, organised and target focused with excellent communication and networking skills. We have a strong history of developing our employees from scratch – no prior recruitment or sales experience required although this would be advantageous. You will receive in-depth training on both the social care and the wider recruitment industry. On completion you will possess the skills to offer a high level, 360 degree consultative recruitment service. From day one you will start to build upon your own skills, supported by our experienced consultants. Responsibilities will include: • Sourcing and screening candidates • Selling opportunities • Advertising and managing responses to vacancies • Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates • Cold calling and generating new leads • Negotiating deals Recruitment is a target based environment, so being goal orientated and self-motivated are both integral to being a top biller. You need to demonstrate your ambitious nature combined with your ability to persuade individuals at all levels of seniority. This is a sales role and we’re looking for people who can sell. This is a very busy, diverse, exciting and demanding position - you will be taking over a hugely successful permanent desk with proven high billings. You will be responsible for servicing and filling positions within existing accounts as well bringing on new business and clients.
