Trainee Recruitment Consultant Telford Temp-to-Perm £17,000 - £20,000 depending on experience Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 4:30pm My international client is looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join their Telford site. The role will be working on an existing desk with national coverage recruiting for quality inspectors and engineers primarily into the automotive sector. The role does offer strong career development. Duties: * Morning meeting to discuss recruitment requirements * Actively recruiting for inspectors working with job sites and job centres * Organising site visits to current and/or new sites to discuss potential new business. * Browsing online job boards for any manufacturers or suppliers looking for personnel. * Keeping up to date with new model launches and any new plants that would require our client’s services. * Contact with area operations managers/current engineers about any opportunities * Tracking inspectors to site and ensuring they work well * Managing inspectors to ensure that they are carrying out tasks correctly * Building contacts on LinkedIn. * Sending emails, making phone calls and sending linked in messages to prospective customers detailing our services. This job role is very fast paced and will need someone that has a great attitude, enthusiasm and who is able to work proactively. You need to be able to work well in high pressure situations and must have good communications skills with customers and candidates. The right candidate needs to be interested in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience.
